A shadow sweeps over the frozen tundra, quiet, not alerting a single creature. The moon had long risen, high on it's perch above this frozen wasteland. Atop a cliff, the shadow stops revealing a dark coated wildclaw, not an uncommon breed in this era; Although, something about this wildclaw was amiss. Ice clung to it's scales, almost as if they were one. In which case, they were. Hiding beneath the hood it wore, it scanned over the tundra, eyes unnoticeable without the glistering moon reflecting them. Oh, how hollow those eyes were, void of any self. The wildclaw searched the snow covered field, dissatisfied it let out a low rumbling growl. Dissatisfied with what exactly, It was hard to say. Although, only one thing was clear, this wildclaw was seeking out someone or maybe even something. With that they cast back into the night, no physical trace of them left, only a vague stench of aggravated wildclaw. ~~~ ‘Can I just die right now?’, they silently mused. Someone get Whisper a therapist that can understand their hisses and growls -Ice crystals and frost that has permanently imbedded it's self within their scales from a high velocity snow storm they were in several years prior |
