Yetta

Yetta is a sculptor and makes these beutiful, edible floral sculptures. The closest analogy would be those people who make really intricate chocolate sculptures except she's a Tundra so it's flowers. Upside is that they don't melt, downside is that they do wilt. She sells/exhibits them through Dixie's gallery and sometimes he hooks her up with commissions, like if some bigshot's throwing a fancy dinner party and they want a really impressive main course.

She's good friends with a wholesale florist/grocer in town (who?) and they give her discounts if she says where she got her materials. She loves to work big but it's not often possible, she won an art grant once and did a thing where she completely covered a public building in flowers. It was really hard but really fun and other dragons liked it because hey, free public lunch.

Doesn't make enough to totally support herself as an artist so she has a weekend gig waitressing at a bar down by the docks. She doesn't like it exactly but at least she only works day shift before it gets really rowdy.
