The Dead Woods is an ancient forest filled with rot and life in equal measure, the Dead Woods are home to dragons more insect than reptile, and more shelled than scaled. At the base lies the Rot, a clan of dragons warped from eons spent in the fungal, decaying undergrowth, who’s external appearances have changed to reflect that. Above stands the Progress, clans of dragons who have attempted to lay down roots in the Woods in an attempt to tame the old growth. And flying above it all is the Canopy, ancient wyrms who have lived amongst the trees longer than time itself.
