Biography

When he was only a young hatchling Judas along with one of his siblings were abandoned by their parents. They snuggled together trying to get some warmth and comfort for their mere 2 day old bodies, but alast it wasn't meant to be. The chill permeated deep within them, shaking them to their cores. But softly Judas could hear a voice calling out to him or at least asking if he was alive. He used all the energy he had to call out to the voice asking for help, sadly after he did he passed out from the cold along with hunger and exhaustion. When he woke up he was in a nest, wrapped up a pelt with his brother. They were next to a fire that roared ferociously at the cold, fighting it away, occasionally he would see little sparks fly off the fire. He was mesmerised by the fire so much that didnt notice when an adult Wildclaw flew down, he didnt notice until a fish was dropped in front of him making him jump slightly. He looked up at this new dragon and shivered in fright wondering what was going to happen to him and his little brother. The dragon said nothing, simply pushing the fish towards him before sitting next to the fire, keeping a look out over the surroundings. Judas although scared, could see this dragon meant this for him and his brother, and so extended his neck dragging the fish closure before starting to eat. Midway his brother awakening to also join in on the fish meal. With him and his brother now fully fed they fell back into a sleep, feeling safe as long as this dragon was there.

The next few days continued in this same cycle, like rinse and repeat until they were both fully grown. This whole time the Wildclaw had never spoke but both siblings had seen him as their father figure. However their happy days were soon to end. One day the siblings were sunning on a stone, the Wildclaw had flown down next to them looking off into the distance. Judases brother noticed and looked up curious as to what their dad wanted, then for the first time they heard their father speak. But it was not joyous words he said, in fact it was words of sorrow. He introduced himself, he was called Thansil. But he also said that it was his time to go back to his home, his tribe, his flock, his family. Judases brother cried, wanting to know why he was saying this but already knew in his heart. Thansil told them the truth, he had picked them up whilst he was exploring out on his own, his tribe would not think well of him if he brought two random dragons children in. Though he mentioned that it was an all Wildclaw tribe and had always been that way, Judas lashed out, mad, annoyed and humiliated. He felt played with, his dad despite raising them was now throwing them away like yesterdays trash. He got up and left with out any words except that he wished he died that cold bitter night. Judases brother understood and hugged his dad goodbye wishing him the best and asking for advice on where to go next, getting the suggestion of south before he went after Judas.

Judas was rolling around in the snow, frustrated and annoyed. But slowly that slipped away leaving nothing but sadness and an empty feeling. He felt someone land next to him and caught the familiar scent of strawberry and vanilla from his brother, different from his dads smell of pine and lemon. He hugged his brother in sorrow, naturally being hugged back as he was comforted, it took an hour or so but he finally calmed down. Then his brother suggested they started flying South to try find a tribe willing to take them in, their dad had said there were many nice tribes in the south. However Judas didnt want to go the way his dad said, a little out of spite and a little out of wanting to explore somewhere else and face a challenge. It took a few minutes but Judas convinced his brother to follow him to go East and join a tribe there. Although unsure about this decision he wouldn't leave his brother so Judases brother had to give in.

They set flight, reminiscing on the memories they had in all these areas, from their first day, to the first flying lesson, the first hunting lesson, the days they just chilled as a family. Judas forcefully closed his eyes to stop anymore flashbacks before tugging his brothers tail and flying off laughing. The brother playfully rolled his eyes and chased after, starting their long journey East. A few days passed by before they came across a tribe willing to take in too newbies. They were processed, and given a little lair of their own, the place was serine, dragons of different breeds lazing around, others walking, some preparing to go on missions or the such, some running stands or shops, others reading, hatchlings playing many games with each other. Overall it was peaceful and gave those who looked feel relaxed, refreshed and happy. They walked around happily exploring when a golden Spiral came over to them introducing themselves. The 3 talked for awhile but Judas saw the Spiral "Luka" was obviously intrested in his brother and vice versa. He made a quick excuse and scurried off, buying some fish then going home to rest and eat. Judas chilled out, eating some fish when dinner time came, still waiting for his brother. Except his brother never returned. The next day he went to town to look for him, yet all he found was a barren abandoned area. Everyone had their doors firmly shut and no one was coming out all day. So he had to check through windows hoping to find his brother or the Spiral. It took 2 days before he finally found the Spiral. Frantic and scared he asked where his brother was to the Spiral. She gave him a sickly sweet smile before saying the words that crushed Judas.

"Well sent to our god after all, you and him came here to join and get shelter, everything has a price, doesnt matter if you like that." Then she left. Judas ran back to his lair, crying, mourning his dad and now his brother too. It was now Judas decided he would finally choose a name, the name his brother had suggested one day for him "Judas". Although his brother wasnt physically here anymore he would always be with Judas in his heart. He steeled his heart before jumping in a pile of apparel then ran away. He headed South, hoping, wishing, praying that his dad is in this direction.
