Baldr

A young gaoler of the Seeker Order, Baldr struck out on his own in search of dangerous and unknowable creatures before anyone could advise against it or even suggest where to start. Almost immediately finding himself wandering with no direction and no idea where he was going, it was by sheer luck that he came across Rothiron. Immediately considering the spiral to be possibly possessed by an evil entity or a malicious being in his own right, Baldr followed Rothiron in secret with the intent of capturing him and wound up deep into The Lost Undercity.

Suddenly plunged into what felt like another world, Baldr found himself considerably out of his depth but lacking the good sense to turn back and seek help. Distracted by every other "evil" he set eyes upon and foolishly determined to personally deal with every single one, he flitted between new priority targets and harsh lessons in biting off more than he could chew until eventually Sarthunias was able to get him to stop long enough to actually listen to reason.

Enlisted to help maintain some form of order in a place of unpredictability, a now more restrained Baldr helps protect the Undercity's more stable residents from its far more hostile ones. Though conflicted over whether others of his kind would consider his role to be honourable or just complacent, he carries out this chosen duty with zeal regardless. Even if he can, on occasion, be a little overenthusiastic.
