Anubis is a young Pharoah of the underworld. He sometimes gets bored Guiding souls and wanders off to play. Afterall he's but a boy :)

Anubis as a Gijinka
He has messy curly auburn hair (unlike the straight /plaited dark hair of a typical Pharoah). His skin is fairly brown /tanned. His eyes are beautiful amber.

There comes another lost soul whose mournful crying echoes through the long tunnel after the River Styx. Quite literally, there isn't anything worth smiling here anyway. Anubis dreadfully drags his feet across the uneven rocky floor as the soul follows closely behind, the rush of the river fades into a soft hum as they enter deeper into the Underworld. Anubis hates his jobs. Well, only sometimes when they get repetitive. And that is almost everyday. He is a young Pharaoh, and yet his father has no intention for him to take on throne, nor has his father give him any royal responsibilities, you know, responsibilities that actually matter. Like weighing the heart of the dead to see if they would get eaten by a God with a crocodile head. As the cavern sheds its remaining light, the glow of Anubis' staff is left flickering their paths. Anubis grins cheekily and waves his staff forward, the flame flickers and dies, and the souls behind him wailed. "That ought'a show'em!" Anubis snickers as he sneaks out of the cave, afterall, he was posted here for aeons, and he knows the paths at the back of his head. The last time he'd pranked on his job, it took his father thriteen days to find out, Anubis wonders how long will his father take this time. He chuckles when the souls cry, sending eerie echoes through the River Styx. It is the Underworld, after all, and Anubis thinks he's doing a great job making sure it didn't look like cotton candies and rainbows; no single soul, oh quite literally, should look forward or feel too welcomed under here. Anyway, the dead can't die again. There is no harm in having them lost in the maze of an Underworld for aeons. Anubis stops in his tracks. Or is there? He shrugs and proceeds, well, if he did accidentally lose a soul, Anubis is sure that Cerberus can put his three good heads |
