Stern dragon, focuses on self discipline and meditation. He believes all the dragons strength is in its breath not its weapons. So to use your weapons right you must master yourself first.

He is a warrior Knight that left lightning because he felt they were out of balance with nature. He has traveled the world looking for gurus and teachers to help him awaken his true self. He settled in skull port and became a reaper because it is a collection point for dragons and gives him the highest probabilities to run into dragons that can teach him about himself. He is lawful and enjoys keeping the laws of skull port even if they can change frequently.

He is a tall dragon for his kind, and well built but lean. He has fine scales acclimated to the lightning flight which has caused his colors to grey and make him look far wiser in years than he is. His steps are soft but firm and he is always aware of his surroundings which leads to a look of confidence. He is a talkative dragon and eager to give advice about how to live your life which is almost always unwanted.

if his honor is challenged he is quick to defend it by honorable duel. which is usually laughed at in plague. A duel they can facilitate but no one can say if it is honorable or not.

He has one odd skill , he can speak to pixies which are a creature from a parallel dimension that phase in and out of existence around him. This has little benefit to him most of the time and can actually be very distracting but he can not seem to get them to stop. He learned to live. but they wil occasionally chime in with a taunting 'you are being followed' which has saved his life.

His most important possession is his sword and celestial attendant. His sword is what makes him a knight if he looses it he is just another fighter and must shave his mane in dishonor. The attendant is kinda a programmable fighting assistant that he can train with when no one else is around. It can shoot rocks for him to dodge and become a moving target he has to strike.
