Hux is a firm believer in the power of change. When life refuses to go our way, even the smallest of changes can heal, repair, and make an impact on one's existence moving forward. Perhaps this is what lead him out of the lush, dense forests of the Viridian Labyrinth and into Dragonhome. Here he found more peace and solitude than he ever did within the borders of the often crowded Nature flight. Though he chose to join a local clan, it doesn't stop him from seeking all the alone time he can get.

Said alone time is usually spent tending to his clan duties as a hunter. He passes the time on dull nights hunting fresh meat and diving for fish off the coasts. During the day, he captures insects and harvests stubborn plants in gardens. Coincidentally, these gardens are his own; here he takes up the challenge of growing plant life in the dry and arid Earth soil. This consists of cacti, mostly, but he sometimes attempts to grow tropical fruit, or plants meant for cooler, wetter climates. Whether he succeeds or fails is often a coin toss.

Although he grows primarily fruits, vegetables, and other plants intended for consumption, he sometimes grows flowers by request from other dragons in his clan who wish to woo their beloved with a bouquet. Hux often complains, yet never turns down these requests.
