To summarise, Arum's a cultist - Speakers for Death - , and is as devout as one can be, refusing to see eye-to-eye with the more light-inclined dragons.

Arum channels her natural hyperactivity and her terrifying obsession with death through near-constant writing, denying herself of food, drink, or absolutely anything else important to good health.
She only leaves her place in the clan's Outcrop (since she doesn't currently live where the cult is) for the needed three-times-a-week cult gatherings.
The clan does worry about her, but are too scared to have to tell a dragon that seems to constantly hungering for blood n' death to get out more/ do something else for once.

In terms of personality, she's a complete fanatic (it's literally in her blood to be one anyways) when it comes to the Righteous One, going on and on about her whenever given the chance to. However, if anything, Arum is a bit of a... child. Stubborn, but fairly open-minded. Quickly angered, but quickly subdued if bribed (with anything ranging from soft things, shiny things, food, new scrolls, ink, etc). It's unsettling to talk to her, since Arum always stares with wide-open eyes that seem permanently dazed, but she tends to be a very good listener, along with being at least an 'ok' advisor.
