Biography

Cecil
The Communicator

Cecil joined the clan shortly after Emmeline, the same day as Dan. He and the latter quickly became fast friends, and have remained like brothers ever since. Cecil acts as an intermediary in the event of any dispute, and of all the dragons, is the most eloquent- on paper and with friends. With unfamiliar dragons, he has a habit of stuttering.
