The truth of the most mysterious stranger approaching, but fret not, my dears, O, The Glorious One has seen this moment passing in the brilliantly glimmering pools of water upon the gargantuan leaves of the giant fern on bristling meadows in the middle of the nightless nights of summer itself--" You don't really know whats happening here exactly, but you hear a long poem that praises you. |

An eccentric ridgeback from the domain of the Tidelord, her true name remains unknown and she refers to herself as O, The Glorious One! She has established a burrow into a particularly shaky scrap of ruins, something she adds rubble to every day as she mines it further. Sometimes, because of this, her books show up in strange places, in the middle of the roads, in someone's house. Usually nobody looks into her writings, but some have taken an interest in them, since in between terrible purple prose there are short stories of dragons- Prophesies, if you will, and they are eerily accurate.
Glorious, as most dragons simply call her, is a somewhat of a daily nuisance since she uses all of her cunning only for poetry and purple prose. She speaks only in rhymes and regularly manages to borrow all of the clans' writing supplies. She means no harm, however, and everyone tolerates her. The only one Glorious is afraid to speak is Leiyrael herself, remembering that time the pearlcatcher threw her pearl at her and bapped the dear monocle off of her face, and feels great respect for her, making Leiyrael's snappy behaviour one of the reasons she has stayed in this area for so long.
She is a somewhat of a battler in clan, frustrating to her teammates since she continues to narrate the battle with elaborate words, never shutting up, and holding great dialogues about her dislike and love for water: as a ridgeback she hates water, yet she hails from the domain of the Tidelord.
