As a young boy, Miithe found a family in the Lord and Lady of Whitemarsh. They rescued him from an uncertain future and gave him an expansive home to roam with complete freedom. Miithe enjoyed his youth greatly, and initially had a very adventurous and curious attitude to the world around him. When the lord and lady brought home the artifact, Miithe's life came to a dramatic halt.

During the Lord and Lady's absence, Miithe found himself growing uncharacteristically lethargic. Almost without notice, parts of his body slowly began turning to glass, glass which expands further every year with no end in sight. Miithe resigned himself to his bedroom in the attic. It was here that moths began to take their fill of the velvety flesh of his wings, tattering them to uselessness. Miithe's hair grew long and unkempt, and all he wore we rags. He had accepted his fate.

It wasn't until Whitemarsh began drawing new guests in that Miithe seemed to find the energy to leave his attic room. Unfortunately, decades without any socialization left him meek and mild. Some think he's a ghost, due to how rare sightings of him still are. The only friend he has is Noko, a small black kitten that follows him around the aging home.
