| 		The delightful Pembe is a wonderful presence in Rara Avis. She's cheerful and charming, always bubbly and happy, and constantly ready to play. Her life is spent happily carvorting around the crater, playing with the dragons and eating whatever food she can get her paws on.

However, there's something noticeably off about Pembe... she never grows up. There's nothing else wrong with her; by all accounts she is a healthy young guardian who's growing up strong. Except that the growing up simply isn't happening. This inexplicable ailment makes Pembe the target of investigation by any magic-users in Rara Avis, and she's happy to comply with their tests, as long as she gets snacks for it.
