The Eleven Priestesses is a cult that worships the Eleven deities of Sornieth. Each Flight has a sect, with that sect's Head being native to the Flight its in. The Plague Head would be from Plague and not from Arcane, for instance.

Each sect primarily worships their Flight's deity, with the subsequent 10 having smaller -- but still respected and well taken care of -- shrines to each of the other deities.
