v_small_time_-_spiral.png A well-known assassin, Time is always a hop, a skip, and ten steps ahead of any opposition that may come his way. He's ruthless when he needs to be, cocky when he doesn't, and always at the right place at the right time, - or perhaps the other way around for his marks. His confidence is well deserved, but still a pain in the neck for anyone dealing with him, whether he's on their side or not. Many have attempted to dethrone him from his crown as the best assassin the Market's ever seen, but they always end up missing, found later with a knife in the back or a poisoned drink still clutched in their claws.

It's a fair bet among the denizens of the Market that when some politician that doesn't know how to keep their mouth shut or a fool who keeps flaunting their wealth around is found dead with no evidence or even a scale found out of place, Time may be the culprit. It's something of a running joke even, to say that maybe they died of old age. Time knows when to show his cards, and when to keep to himself. He can't be caught even if everyone knows he killed someone, because with no evidence there's no say that a crime had even been committed.

Rumors are spread abound, regarding where he came from, his unbelievable skill, (and his charming character and good looks, he would add). No one knows which of the rumors he's spread himself, and which of them were started by others. Nor does anyone know for sure where the falsehoods end and truth begins, possibly not even himself. Time has spent years building a web of lies and secrets so intricate and complicated, it's only a matter of time before he ends up caught in it himself.
