Created when a godly lightning bolt hit a dead saguaro where she was slowly starting to form it jump started her essential energy and she erupted from the cactus with a shocking rage and ravenous hunger. She scoured the desolate Expanse for days looking for a meal before coming across a trope of engineers working on pipeline to and from some far off place. She fell upon them and took upon her guise. The foreman and then the others. But her form was set and while her mad dash for food was sated she didn't realize it until she tried to eat other members of the trope.

She fell in and out with several temptations in the Expanse and the Ruins but didn't stay long. She was a wanderer. A vast explorer. She kept saying she was missing... something. She didn't know what. But she felt as though a part of her Essence wasn't complete. That made her ask about large and powerful temptations. Maybe there she could find it. She briefly joined several other temptations headed by Bishops or Deacons but found nothing that satisfied the strange lack she felt.

When she came upon Aiden's temptation she figured it would be like the rest. She was curious but by then had little hope. And then she laid eyes upon Yon and it was like the Essence within her reached out to him. She knew, in an instant, that she belonged with him and he with her. The piece she had been missing was found.

She knows Yon holds a lot of self hatred for how he is and what he looks like but Iorama doesn't care about any of that. She loves him as he is. Sticks and all. She just helps him as best she came and holds him after his flaming tantrums because he feels he isn't good enough for her, isn't worthy of her.

Her duty in the temptation is simple. The Cathedral sits above a large reservoir of water. It's completely undrinkable thanks to the leading streams coming from larger cities in Dragonhome that fills it with pollutants. Iorama picked up a thing or two from her first meal. She knows how to purify water. Which is essential in Dragonhome's arid climate.
