Meraxes

Meraxes came to Sherra's clan as a young adult in exchange for a gift of treasure to his parents' clan. He had always known that this was a possibility, but when childhood faded into adulthood he expected he would just stay at home after all. He was surprised when word finally came that he would be leaving, and left unsettled in a group of strangers.

The new group was warm and welcoming, leaving Meraxes soon feeling more relaxed. He even met a lovely dragoness, the wildclaw Elaena, who he quietly became attached to. As time went on, Meraxes grew to accept the new clan. He realized that he could be of real use here and decided to put his analytical mind to work. He became the clan's accountant, handling the import and export of goods and treasure. He finds this work very satisfying and is intensely meticulous.

With a job suiting his quiet nature and a mate to fill the hours after, Meraxes lives a sedate, but happy, life.
