Okay, hear me out:
I'm thinking of a Department of Civil Services. This department would cover all other civil service jobs in the clan, including providing the workforce for the clan's ambassadors, and the assistants for military, civil, and religious leaders in the clan. Abasi would be the director of this department and it would be from him that all assistants are assigned to the leaders.

Yes, those working in sensitive areas would have to complete a background check. All of the assistants (i.e. Imith, Yuna, etc) are civil service members. Though, this is a broad category and others could slip in easily. So not just assistants and this will cover any other loose individuals that really need a place to work. Say, for instance, the gardeners in the central works. 		262.png
