OLD LORE:
Myrkva spent much of her childhood deep in the Tangled Wood, where she and her parents lived in near-complete solitude. She never quite understood why her family went to such great lengths to isolate themselves from the outside world - nor is she ever likely to, considering that they vanished not long after she came of age.

Years spent in isolation didn't do much good for Myrkva's social skills, but when it comes to stealth, her parents trained her well and that skill lends itself to her work as a professional assassin. Though she fell into the profession largely by chance, she performed exceedingly well for many years.

Perhaps it helped that Myrkva only accepted targets that she deemed deserving of death - individuals whose deeds were utterly inexcusable. However, her selection method fell apart the day she was sent to dispose of someone wrongfully accused of some particularly heinous acts...
