The current Launch Chief for the Galactica crew, Aeroer is a quick-witted and hardworking sort who's always making sure flights go to plan, and if they don't then they try their damn hardest to get things back on track. Though outside of work they seem to be a lot more chilled and relaxed, often taking new recruits on fun days out to help them get more acquainted with the rest of the crew.
Their relationship with Kin started on-shift, when the fae came parading into the command box 20 minutes till launch was due only to awkwardly ramble about her flight plans. While their higher-up scalded her for her appalling timekeeping, Aeroer simply took her out for a café to laugh it off and get to know one another.
Now she's the one keeping them from overworking themselves late into the night, often by dragging them to bed if you call falling asleep on them dragging.
