• Victor may have his own seat on the council but his true calling lies in looking for guidance from the deities who gave them life and their home.
• His teachings and sermons center mostly around observing the gods as powerful but no different from any of us. From the elusive Tidelord to the ancient Earthshaker, they are the children of a new timeline and must learn to unite and remember their roots if they wish to flourish and provide a future for future generations.
• The subject of his own deity, the Lightweaver, can be touchy.
• He does not get along with Guinevere and he SWEARS up and down it has nothing to do with her being a pearlcatcher. But it certainly doesn't help.

Victor is very involved in the community and attends a lot of the citadel's festivals and events throughout the year. He encourages decisions on the council to fund youth centers and schools for the numerous children in both the citadel and the district. He's not always the most aware of just what goes on down in the sovereign alleys and when he does try to visit and offer his help, he is often accompanied by guards who do too good of a job makings others avoid eye contact with him. He truly and honestly does want everyone to have a good life and know that they can find guidance in a higher power. He can a bit over-emotional.
Victor had a wife who died after contracting the 'Chemurgy virus.' It hurts but he doesn't like others to worry so he'll have days where he mourns behind closed doors with a candle lit for her and all others who were claimed by the sickness.
