I wanna document my journey with Plinthgrowth, because I nearly exalted her on the spot when she hatched:

With Skink/Noxtide/Runes, her natal genes, she'd look like this as an adult:

I just don't like the way that looks at all! and Avocado seemed like a disastrous/irredeemable tert. but I looked at Iris Noxtide and noticed that Noxtide brings out a secondary palette-element of Iris that looks an awful lot like a more-saturated Cream, while Cream Skink's secondary color looks an awful lot like a less-saturated Iris, and decided to scry her... Spinner/Skink looked better to me, and wouldn't you know it, the only tert gene that I really, REALLY liked was...

So I'm only keeping the most unfortunate-looking hatch of that litter, because I'm so pleased that I can make a cool-looking drake of her, and with such a hit-or-miss tert gene/apparently-awful tert color! >:3 Working on alchemizing Spinner now...
