Personality:
Poundcake is a cheerful dragon devoted to his clan and the Arcanist. He takes a sense of pride in fulfilling his duty to hatch and raise dragons to serve the Arcanist directly. He is very caring towards his hatchlings and makes sure they are well educated about the high honor they will receive and what will be expected from them after they are exalted.

Physique:
Poundcake is of relatively standard size for his species. He is slightly longer than average with wings just a little bigger than his body. He can only rely on his physical strength to support himself for a short time while flying, resulting in him to frequently float using magic instead.

Lore:
Poundcake was hatched from a nest of eggs intended to produce exaltlings for the Arcanist. His sisters took to this responsibility willingly, beginning their training to become Lore Sacrifices, but when the time came for Poundcake to begin his training, he couldn't help but feel that he wasn't meant to leave the Cavern. He chose to remain behind instead, taking up training in the fae magics with his grandfather Jack.
As his sisters grew stronger and the day they would leave drew ever closer, Poundcake began to feel guilty that he was the only one from his nest not supporting the clan. Even though his family assured him that carrying on the legacy of the fae magic was enough, he couldn't help but feel that he was letting the clan down. It was then that he decided that if he couldn't handle being exalted to support the clan, then he would help raise hatchlings for exaltation instead. He devoted himself to raising nests of exaltlings and teaching them all they would need to know in order to serve the Arcanist. He has been expanding his research and teachings lately in order to accommodate those of his children who wish to serve others of the dragon gods instead.
