This storm has been raging on for days. The wind howls eerily, interspersed by pounding sheets of rain and claps of thunder loud enough to deafen familiars with more sensitive hearing.
Suddenly you hear a different noise, like metal rings clanging together. You look up, and see enormous wings churning the clouds. Hands sway and shake in the wind, seemingly attached to ribbons.
Lightning flashes, then all seems still. Your body seems to move in slow motion. Above your head, you see a pure red globe, as big as your fist. It is the eye of the storm.
