Buberu is the resident psychiatrist. Her practices are.. unorthodox but they do help her patients, and she is so well known that dragons travel for many miles to seek help from her, it is also said that she was the one that gave Neon her golden eye, back in her surgeon days, but that is only a silly rumor… isn’t it?
