B I O G R A P H Y

Aail was born on a beautiful platform on Cloudsong, near the Twisting Crescendo and it's thousands of winds. She remembered opening her eyes to a bright sun, and the soft yet contrasting cold feeling of the clouds moving through the Cloudsong. As a hatchling, she learned to fly quicker than the rest of her clutch, and soon enough, was the best one when it came to navigation and speed. She could preform smooth landings, after flights of speeds that most dragons would faint at. However, the need for the swiftness never ate at her. Instead, she would fly to the edge of the Windswept Plateau, look out over the rest of Sornieth with an all-too curious look in her eyes, wanting something more than the confines of the Windsinger's domain. As a hatchling though, she was kept to the confines of her birthplace, her parents fearful of what would happen if they let her go too far while too young.

Aail took it in stride though, and became a navigator for the Twisting Crescendo in the meanwhile. She'd take smaller hatchlings under her wing, teach them how to fly, or guide dragons who had trouble through the Twisting Crescendo, teaching them which air currents to take, and how to not let the wind take the control away from them. And yet...the captivity got to her. Slowly, so slowly she didn't even notice it sneaking up on her until it rose in her throat like homesickness. Her parents, seeing her growing into her wings, and her claws, finally decided she was old enough. They encouraged her to leave, and follow her dream. So she did, using the hurricane to gain speed before taking off to explore the rest of the world.

The Southern Icefield entertained her enough. She explored the mountains, learned how clans lived there, and then continued on. Dragonhome amazed her, with all the stories and the pillar. The Shifting Expanse made her pity the dragons there, and stray away from the more...insane clans. The Scarred Wasteland wasn't her taste either. As she traveled though, she found out that being on her own was hard. Finding prey usually led to it being on a clans territory. She grew hungry with the prey she found so far and in between, and when she came to the Viridian Labyrinth, she finally landed and had to start walking. She walked for ages, until she found Foxfelt. Walking with him, she explained her problem- wanting to explore but on her own, it was hard. Foxfelt took it into some though, then slipped that there was a position open for a rebuilding clan, where she'd most likely be away often... and Aail jumped on the chance, following Foxfelt back to Fenrisulfur.

____Aail resides as one of the most skilled Warriors in Fenrisulfur, often being looked to as an opinion when Cri and Kreek and the other generals come to an impass in decision-making. She's also has a lot of knowledge on the consistent cultures of certain regions, and the consistencies in how clans adapt to their surroundings and the often harsh climates that areas like the Southern Icefield and Dragonhome have, saving the others a lot of time and effort in trying to figure these things out.

____Aail spends her free-time accompanying Foxfelt on his travels, or picking up scouting missions so she can fulfill the need to see the world. She enjoys doing spy work as well though it's a rarity. On the occasion, she also takes new apprrentices who are interested in it out to the Windswept Plateu, to learn to fly the Twisting Crescendo or to see her home during the festivals.

_PERSONALITY_

____Aail is a very sensible dragon. If she has something she wants, she figures out how to get it. This is seen especially in how she figured out how to sate her need for something more in her home, and her willingness to do jobs that aren't quite what one would expect her to do as a warrior. She's driven, but maybe not exactly ambitious, just has goals that she wants to get. Aail is an optimist as well, which leads to her belief that nothing is impossible with a little bit of work. As long as you set your mind to something, you can achieve whatever it is.

____She's the rather friendliest out of most of the ones who are skilled enough to be looked to for second opinions, second to only Myfina. She enjoys learning about how other clans operate when she is doing spy work, always hoping it's the usual case, that there's no incentive to attack her clan so she can indulge herself in their cultures and traditions. However, out of the spies, she's also the one to have a hard line she draws where she refuses to make deep connections with those from outside clans.
