Sirius of Jasper Reach (Liongsong448's clan, #406368) came to Fallen Leaves to be the official representative for Arcane. While he's not the only Arcane dragon in residence, he is the only one, aside from Blossom (the other one, in the hibden), here in official capacity as a rep., like Tesla the Lightning Representative and Moonstone the Earth Representative.

His scales are shimmery like stars, like a nebula. The fur of his tail and braided mane are dyed a bright, arcane-inspired magenta, and he is draped in starsilk and golden charms. His pearl looks different from average pearlcatchers' pearls: arcane energies were infused into it in a special pattern, forming the symbol of the Arcanist.
