A Child of the Wasteland. Nothing but Plague blood runs through their veins, unfiltered disease fuels their magic. With scales made to resemble the Mother of Pestilence they are an ode. Child of a seer and a priest, raised on beliefs and visions of a world in which survival is key. A world where disease runs rampant and where only the strong rule. Yet there is order in this vision, and these children have been taught leadership skills for their upcoming purpose. To be a guide to others in the Wasteland, to nourish and to serve the ideals of the Plaguebringer herself. They have been raised with both spiritual knowledge and fierce battle skills. An icon of their flight.

There is only one thing that can please Valeth. Bloodshed. His needs are simple but his actions are complex. He regards himself a king from the shadows, a counsel of madness, a puppetmaster. He whispers and schemes and watches the carnage with deep satisfaction. Skilled at infiltrating weaker clans he enjoys destroying them from the inside out, all to weed out the weak and make his due sacrifices to the Mother of Pestilence. He does not sing of strength of unity. His melody is far more sinister.
