of the City




　Lexi is a gaoler disappointment renegade estranged from her true biological family. She managed to leave while young by walking for several weeks on her own and then somehow passing herself off as a coatl hatchling in a snow storm (as luck would have it she encountered twins the exact same colors as her). Perhaps she hadn't been successful and the bewildered couple took pity on the orphaned and malnourished girl. Whatever the case, they were unable to escort her safely back to the fortress of ends and unsure of what else to do, they tried to get the first friendly-enough gaolers they knew to do so. These were the then traveling hairstylists Trace and Vada. The two lied about taking her back (personally knowing all too well what could drive a hatchling to flee such a life, not everyone is suited to ice gaoler culture) and adopted her as a sort of daughter sort of younger sibling. Lexi now has a more permanent arrangement in Aefendel and outside of school can often be found with the pair in their salon. She is always suggesting all sorts of outlandish styles to clients; while she shares her breeds' aversion to clothing (the texture is just too bothersome) she is quite meticulous about dyeing her fur and mane.
