Derog

Derog farms the Mire at the moment. He loves what he does. One day he was out with his best pal, Kaynon, looking for extra work to do in town. They happened upon another mirror dragon, Althea. She was looking for a Golem Workshop team. She mentioned being a mage and healer. Derog found this dragon to be quite convincing as he agreed to be a member. He'd only join once he found someone to help his friend with the Mire farming. Kaynon gave Derog a look and chuckled slightly, something he didn't do often. "What?" Derog said.
"Nothing." replied Kaynon.
"I know that look, Kay. You're amused by something."
"I do find something amusing." he had admitted.
Derog waited a couple minutes for the other dragon to say more. Finally, he got impatient and asked, "Well? Are you gonna tell me what you're so amused by?"
The dragon chuckled again. This time Derog rolled his eyes. "Its amusing that of all the dragons you've been introduced to or I tried to set you up with, you have no interest. Yet, you fall for one who wants to do battle."
Derog tilted his head slightly and chuckled to himself. "I'm not interested in her." he said rather quickly. "She isn't my type." the dragon added.
"She is the only dragon you've shown any interest in since..." Kaynon trailed off. He didn't want to bring up the past and hurt his friends feelings.
"Zyla? You can say her name, friend. She didn't want anything to do with me because I'm a warrior and she didn't want to mix business and pleasure."
"She also was a healer, no?" added Kaynon.
"Yeah, she was."
"You have a type, Derog."
The two dragons laughed together.

Derog is still looking for someone to take his spot on his Mire Coli team. He does secretly hope to find someone soon so he can get to know Althea better. The two of them share a meal together from time to time.
