Biography
She was hatched from the legendary Asgood and Asgold, ancient dragons of the lightning subspecies crystal coils. She was bought by jpg as a project parent, and produced absolutely gorgeous babies there. Then I asked to buy her, but got her for free! She was even still unnamed. I'm thinking of either use her as either a permanent mate for my to-be crystal coils pair (and maybe give her metallic and alloy), have her as a temporary mate until I find a girl with metallic and alloy or use her as a project parent for a metalic/alloy imperial girl. Time will show. She is quite temporary for now. I wonder what I should call her?
Lore: These dragons are long bodied and swift winged. When not zipping from place to place they are motionless, like statues, conserving their energy. They are the living embodiment of speed, and are capable of converting their body mass to pure energy to allow them to move at near light speed.
They were made after a bet the Stormcatcher made with the Lightweaver. The parameters of the bet were to see who could make the fastest dragon, and so both came up with similar designs based on their knowledge of light magic and pure scientific reasoning. When they realized that their creations were evenly matched, and that neither of them could break the light speed barrier the bet was abandoned entirely and both deities moved on to other, more “important” matters.
There was some intermingling between the original dragons (most other dragons can’t stand their company for any good length of time - their natures waffle back and forth between “full force” and dull as stones, so they’re hard to keep up with) and over time they became their own subspecies. Now they’re employed by both flights as glorified light bulb statues or as quick and dirty temporary coil replacements in the Lighting Farm. They’re also rather useful as messengers because of their speed, though understanding either their hyperactive voice or their dull droning voice can be a bit of a chore. Best to send them along with a handwritten note.
