Subject #15 (AKA Lolli)
While the cause is unknown, subject has spirit-like properties, as well as pathokinesis. Subject #15 can, while seeming to concentrate, cause endorphins to be released and extreme laughter to ensue in the target. Such laughter effectively incapacitates the victim. This effect can be temporarily applied to up to 3-4 targets (dragon and beastclan alike).

Subject's ability to drift through solid matter can be impeded by the introduction of concentrated electromagnetic energy. This energy will hold them in place and keep them corporal, but subject will continue to retain pathokinesis. Manipulation can be avoided by a metal or metal infused barrier being placed between the target and the subject. Whatever wavelength they use to get into victims' heads seems to be blocked by metals. Wearing a helmet during testing is advised. The electro-magnetic field keeping subject in place is to not be turned off under any circumstances and shackles with electric current running through are to be used when transferring subject to testing areas.
