~~ 1st goat eyed hatchling born into the clan ~~

The Clan of Fallen Leaves have never seen this before. Dragons being born with strange eye colors, some born with the Elevens' primal energy running through their veins, yes … but with eyes like a beast?
It seems these beast-eyed hatchlings have something mystical that draws them to each other, as 2 beast-eyed Plaguelings have asked to join the Clan not too long after Des grew up. They have moved into the Hollow, under Zipp's supervision.

Note on Galore's Arrival:
The beast-eyed are going to multiply. The new dragon in the Trading Post, Galore the Guardian, has been giving out 2 potion vials that have been spelled to change the drinker's eyes into having horizontal pupils. One has to wonder what other treasure he guards …
Desdemona is pretty easygoing, doesn't really cause any trouble. Her laidback nature has her lounging in her greenhouse more often than not. She prefers to stay there anyways, amongst her flowers and fruiting plants; less dragons staring at her there, after all. The stares have died down, though, now that there are more goat-eyed dragons in the world. Des is still special in that she's the first in the clan to be born with the eyes, but she's now far from the only one of her eye type in Fallen Leaves!
She doesn't have the best relationship with her father, but was raised well by her mother (who has since moved away, but Des keeps in contact with Aquari through regular letters.) Des and her half-sister Nyx get along well, and she gets along with her grandfather Shadowscale. Des hasn't asked for any extra tutoring like Nyx gets, however she does occasionally ask if her grandfather has come across a good book lately, and they talk about that.
