Khorin is a fire inventor, who wants to collaborate with the well known engineers of the Katák league, mostly because other lightning clans didn't take him seriously. And less with the mutations that he suffered. Slowly, Khorinis' head and body developed tendrils, appendages similar to that of octopuses, he used to visit the fire clan he was from until these mutations developed. They were seen as a curse, as octopuses are creatures of the ocean and the water, he was lynched, ultimately leading to his retreat back to the Katák league. These mutated parts extended to his arms, legs and tail. It's odd how it doesn't affect the rest of his body, or so it seems.

Khorin has managed to find happiness here, including a loving mate, Lotus, she who can't see, but loves him dearly, as much as he loves her. They were simply meant to be.

He's a retired teacher, at first used to work with the hatchlings and youngsters of the clan. Now he's got other priorities.
