______ Life and death aren't always two exact opposites. Sometimes they're more intertwined than a first glance would suggest. After all, we all die, after living for a while. Or do we? Well, putting aside the process of decomposing after which everyone gets to... well, kinda live again (at least that's what some say) there's another way to not die. But not everyone know of this particular way.

______ Asmodeus grew up with a special gift. It first surfaced when he was just a little hatchling, playing with his friends and the familiars when a really bad accident happened. To cut it short: One of the other hatchlings accidentally killed Asmodeus' familiar. What happened after that wasn't particularly pretty - but none of the dragons or familiars who were there survived to tell the tale. Asmodeus doesn't really remember as well. All he knows, is that he threw a rage fit and after that, his friends were gone - or more so, completely decomposed. But his familiar lived again. But besides him, everyone was gone. He had no more dragons who cared about him. So he got lost. Trying to tell himself, that his ability was natural and it must have been a gift from the Gladekeeper herself. But he wasn't too sure. Everywhere he went, as soon as they found out what he's able to do, they abandoned him.

______ But all he wanted was a place to stay and friends who'd care about him. But so far, he's been unable to find them. Ladon and Vela's clan sounded promising at first, but most of the other dragons regarded him with a hint of fear in their eyes. Will they see that he's not dangerous and he's worked on his abilities? Or will they abandon him soon?
