Log 1: Noc is rarely found in one place and is typically in a whole different territory every time you meet him. Very excitable and nosey.

Log 2: The dragon on his own isn't particularly interesting, but rather the physical halo he wields and seems to be bound to him. Attempts by other dragons to thieve it proved unsuccessful as it simply returned to him one way or another, even if absent for a period of time. This halo, as previously mentioned, is a corporeal object unlike most halos. Noc can grab it with his claws and drag it pretty easily away from his head, and the center of it is a pitch black unless commanded to show a location. This location can be anywhere Noc has been, providing a sort of security camera for everywhere he's gone.

Log 3: Noc has proven extremely useful for spying. He struggles with getting into private accommodations to "set a camera", but is an amazing source of extra information and determining frequent events. I estimate he has visual access to about 35% of all solid land on Sornieth. He usually communicates through Valdis, who then relays to me, so I am not super well acquainted with him myself.
