Actually not unkind, pretty much a hard shell, soft interior kind of guy for the most part, a loyal friend

Lafayette is his trusty apprentice. Volt likes to order him around and talks to him in his usual gruff way, but actually puts a lot of trust in his apprentice and acts as somewhat of a parental figure for him.

Old snapper males and bright flashy lightning, a truly great combination. Impossible to miss seeing this dragon, and I always love to see a well-placed mustache.
