Hedera

Komea's consort and right hand man. He was a traveling mercenary for a while, going with his team wherever a wealthy dragon needed some muscle. In a battle gone totally wrong, he ended up taking cover in the ruins of Light's domain, and was taken in by this flight and his wounds tended to. He quickly fell in love with Euphorbia and settled down, determined to settle in to retirement. This was not to be.

Eventually, he began to get restless. Irritable. He was full of buzzing energy and his dreams full of visions of conquest. He began to sneak out at night, looking to satisfy his thirst for action, for violence, for blood. When he roughed up a pair of dragons who tried to rob the clan, he was thanked and named head of clan security, which was enough for a time. But eventually the boredom set in, along with that horrible compulsive energy in his veins, and he began disappearing for days at a time, flying around to find anything at all to sate him. Eventually, he returned to a cold and empty home. Euphorbia had had enough, and so she had left him.

Komea was kept a secret by his mother's until he reached adulthood, and when Hedera laid eyes on him he was immediately smitten. He taught Komea to fight and the two grew close while patrolling the clan's territory at night. The two are now inseparable and Hedera is angry on Komea's behalf. He hates Ruma both for taking Komea's future away but also for being promised to him and destined to have a child with Komea. He will do anything to ensure Komea ends up in charge.
