Some might assume that his mutism made Alizarin reserved or shy, but he's anything but. He's admittedly a little socially awkward, but he's confident and fiercely protective of his family. He has no qualms with fighting other dragons, and is happy to hunt or patrol the clan's territory. He wears the bones of his kills not only as an intimidation tactic, but also because the hatchlings like to hear the sound of them clacking together.

DEN DESCRIPTION

He shares a den with his mate Alora. It's kept warm at all times by a fire in the middle of the space due to their preference for hot weather. The walls are decorated with bones, feathers, and other things they find during their outings. They lounge together on collected fur pelts, and one portion of the den is reserved for their offspring to play and sleep safely away from the fire.

LORE

This young dragon had only been a month or two old when a natural disaster had struck his home, taking the lives of his family and leaving him with a terrible injury to his throat. A neighboring group took him in and healed him, but he would never be able to speak again. Unable to stand living so close to where he had lost his family, he left as soon as he was able.

During his search for a new home he came across two other Skydancers, Alora and Azure. The duo viewed themselves as sisters and were quick to accept him into their little group. They decided to stick together and the three of them searched for a group willing to take them in. They heard of a clan in the Tangled Wood taking in dragons from any flight and occupation, so they made their way there. Lucina agreed to let them in as long as they provided their names and explained what they could do to make the clan better. Not knowing his original name, he allowed his two best friends to name him. Now named Alizarin, he acts as a defender of the clan.
