"he's handsome, and smart, it's a shame he turned out the way he did..."
serene was a bright young dragon when he joined the clan. he was a bit shy, but had excellent knowledge of plants and fit right in with the fellow gardeners of the clan. one night, when he was out searching for specimens to study, he came across an imperial. their first interaction was brief, but so very important to serene. his seeking of this imperial overtook his life, his hobbies. when he finally found that magnificent beast again, he begged him to let him come with him, wherever he was going.
"i know he's not himself anymore, and that i'll never talk to him again, and i miss him."

serene lives in the shadow of glacialis now. he has this, infatuation that he won't snap out of.
