Biography

Sand's apprentice, whether he likes it or not. She spends a lot of time lurking near him, very still, hoping to glean some wisdom from his ramblings. Every so often she sets out on voyages with Faramund to test her skills; results vary wildly.

Eztli is probably her most willing friend out of all the crusty old guys she hangs around. He's an old... colleague? of Sand's and lives fairly nearby in Earth territory. When he comes around and Sand won't stop yelling at the water long enough to visit with him, Piper entreats him for stories about the good old days on the open sea.
