As the clan's founder, Pixie holds a position of great respect within the clan. She has fewer of the problems communicating than other Fae have due to the immense amount of time and energy she has put into learning to communicate in a more typical draconic way, but she still delights in being able to communicate in that special Fae way whenever she encounters one of her own kind. Pixie is highly unusual in that her mate, Valentino, is a Coatl- typically, these breeds are known to be effectively almost unable to communicate at all due to their drastically different methods, but both of them have put a great deal of effort into speaking in a common draconic way to make things easier. Most surprsingly of all, however, is the fact that Valentino and Pixie fell in love even before they did this- love truly has no barriers. Pixie is undeniably the leader of the clan, but she never bosses its members around or tells them what they can and cannot do. Each member knows they are free to come and go as they please, but the tight-knit, almost familial bond these dragons share, regardless of species, keeps them in place. The clan, being located within the Arcane flight, is made up mostly of those who have an interest in magic, or at least don't mind it. Pixie, like many of the other members, spends her free time studying to improve her magical abilities and learn more about Sorienth. Free time is something she has little of, however, as she is always flitting around helping dragons with various tasks in the den. She is the one who has the final say on whether or not a dragon can join the clan, and often personally escorts new members from the outside into their home cave so that the others know not to attack and so that the newcomers feel welcome.
