Shimmer's job is easy: everyone loves the god of gain. She brings feasts to the table, gold to the hoards, children to the childless, and friends to the lonely. Shimmer never takes, she only gives! Who wouldn't love a god like that!

Alright, sure, maybe those people might be bitter, but who cares about them! Shimmer doesn't! And you shouldn't either!! You'd rather be Shimmer's friend than make her angry, right?
In a pantheon of young gods, Shimmer is the quixotic god of gain, as wonderful a friend as anyone can be, and as cruel an enemy.
