History

Born in the soft light of the Wispwillow Grove, Sholazar hatched blinking into a world of endless wonder and knew immediately that she had to see all of it. The Tangled Wood, which she would always think fondly on as home. The Sunbeam Ruins, where yellow-eyed dragons gave her wide berth and whispered fitfully among themselves in her wake. The Sea of a Thousand Currents, where she made many good friends but found she couldn't stand the humidity. The Shifting Expanse, which while breathtakingly beautiful, boasted a population too diligent in their work to bother with humoring a single wandering dragon. The Ashfall Wastes, which stung her eyes and choked her lungs, the Windswept Plateau, where she weathered in good nature a thousand silly pranks at the claws of the indigenous spirals ... the Scarred Wastelands, where she met other Wildclaws like herself, only to find that they regarded her with mistrust and later outright animosity, eventually driving her out in actual fear of her life.

The Starfall Ruins were kinder, though still dangerous in their own way. Unsettled by the unnatural landscape, Sholazar traveled next to the Dragonhome ... where she might have made her permanent home, if not for the brilliant emerald tree in the distance begging to be explored. She found more Wildclaws there, and spent months befriending the clans and learning the layout of the land.

Eventually she came across a fledgling clan preparing for their journey from the lush Everbloom Gardens into the deeper jungle of the Gladeveins, and seeing the trepidation of the younger dragons, she volunteered her expertise. The clan gladly took her on as a guide and scout, completely overlooking the fact that she was not born to the Labyrinth at all.

Scholazar decided to stay with them for that, and for a certain handsome rogue whose idea of courtship was swiping the valuables of others and presenting them to her as gifts. A troublesome habit, but undeniably charming.

She even sometimes entertains the thought of taking him to the Southern Icefield, one day, when the time for completing her world exploration is right ...
