A mage that once believed in the powers brought by the Gods but soon seeked to go beyond such capabilities with the enhancements of machines. No longer would one be condemned to just one element to control in his hands fire, ice, lightning and more could be wielded to destroy those who sought to rid of him. Before having gone mad with power and by the name of Lazarus he was married to a lovely herbalist named Dreamwave who often soothed their nightmares and pain with the aid of various ales. Now Apollyon's Sweet was kept safe in the castle he had built for them, making sure Dreamwave had a greenhouse, a brewery, library anything and everything she could ask for was a snap away to being added to their home together. |

In a previous life Lazarus was a kind soul that appreciated the Ancients for their gifts and thanked them for the protection they offered, giving out trinkets and offerings to travelers on their journey. Life was calm and peaceful, until the day Lazarus tempered with Old One's Machinery, particularly a device that sapped beings of their magic and transferred it into it's own energy source to then produce elemental orbs that glowed with energy. With that power those who wielded it could use magic that wasn't their own, no longer binded to one Lazarus has presented it the residents of the village that was home. Only to be shunned for breaking the law, the natural way of how things are done, what Lazarus thought to be a great gift for everyone to expirement with and feel something new was considered Wild and Unstable so he had left, taking the device with him and began to temper with it more, getting used to the types of magic they could obtain and use.
