Thessia Keeper of Stories Hmmm......Oh...Hello there. It's not often others look my way....I'm an entity outside of this bustling city; Cosmic watcher of sorts. It's a little strange I know....but I like recording the wants of this odd group. Each has their own hopes and ambitions. You can take a peek at my scrolls if you want. Below, you can find a record of what some are aspiring towards. I try to update them as plans change and goals are achieved but it can be a demanding task at times. |

-Starfall Syndicate- Nestled in a canyon in the Sunbeam Ruins, the Starfall Syndicate hosts a bustling population of scholars. Situated in a dry, almost desert like area, the Syndicate boasts impressive architecture to keep the clan cool and the surrounding territory lush. Built to incorporate a spring fed waterfall, the clan proper offers comfort from an otherwise inhospitable environment. The once anonymous clan, now hosts a small city outside its walls and acts as a hub of knowledge; owning a renowned library (The Athenaeum) that contains extensive collections of scrolls, historical texts, maps, and the like. Many of its denizens are experts in their fields of study and aid the clan with contributions to the library, or by taking on wards to educate those in other clans. The clan’s influence is far felt, with a vast trade network spanning regions and allies in every Flight. -The Council- Made up predominantly of the clan’s founders, the Starfall Syndicate is overseen by a council. As a group they handle issues from new laws, admission to the clan, and punishment of crimes, all the way to work leave. Individually, they oversee specific aspects of clan management, of which they have veto power over. Council Head: Pressha - Level headed and fair, Pressha is the face of the clan and oversees most of the internal issues similar to a judge. When dealing with council affairs, her vote counts as two in order to avoid split votes. Master of Commerce: Geus - Geus oversees the clan’s financial standing and manages the clan’s various artisan’s selling. Should a loan be needed, funds be required for clan wide projects, or a neighboring clan need financial assistance, Geus governs it all. Due to the sheer size of the records Geus keeps, he’s taken Paravin on as an assistant. Master-at-Arms: Noveria - Noveria oversees the clan’s defense. She’s in charge of the standing guards, their training, shift planning, and weapons maintenance. Aiding her, are her two mates Feros and Aitarus. Master of Foreign Affairs: Trelyn - Trelyn oversees the clan’s relations with other flights as well as the clan’s ambassadors. He personally approves who is assigned to visit which clan and reviews the reports brought back from their visits. Due to his role, he works closely with Siano. Master of Foreign Defense: Siano - Siano oversees the clan’s ambassador escorts. Not wanting to a diplomatic incident on the clans hands, she hand picks the dragons approved to protect ambassadors on their journeys and ensures the escorts are just as cordial and skilled as the ambassadors they travel with. She reviews the reports brought back from their visits. Due to her role, she works closely with Trelyn. Master of Resource Collection: Theyar - Theyar oversees the collection of resources for the clan and works to keep track of the requested and stored resources. His work requires him to work with most other council members to make sure the clan has a good understanding of what it can trade in and offer when talking with other clans, as well as making sure his agents can effectively gather in desired locations. Master of Religious Affairs: Nike - Nike oversees the Temple of the Eleven Divines as well as the priests and priestesses that run it. She helps smooth tensions between opposing practices in worship of The Eleven and individual deities while making sure the Temple is well tended to. -Elemental Ambassadors- In the Starfall Syndicate, Elemental Ambassadors play the role of diplomat to clans of their respective element. If their element does not have a priest or priestess, the ambassador may also play a part in planning the celebration of their flight’s holiday. Due to the importance of their jobs, they are treated with considerable respect.
