Balsam

Balsam never liked the war for dominance. It is for this reason he was so drawn to the clan, actively seeking it out after hearing about it from word of maw. He did well enough for himself of course, utilizing his knowledge of plants and vaporous magic to attract insects, enabling him to have a feast in the wild. When threatened, he could turn those vapors on foes, causing hallucinations, unconsciousness and paralysis, among other odd symptoms. Obviously, he does try to avoid combat, and he felt he could do so easier by joining a clan.

When he made it to the clan, he elected to pitch his services as a florist and gardener, making flowery apparel and arrangements for special events such as mating ceremonies. It didn't take him long to adjust to life within the clan, especially given it didn't differ too greatly from his life outside the clan. A feast three times a day, pleasant company and the ability to decide whether or not he would travel outside the lair.

As a wind dragon, of course, he does have an itch to explore, so he does serve as a healer to exploration groups with the goal of simply making new discoveries rather than fighting for for territory or such. His abilities are immensely useful for numbing pain and calming nerves frayed from frightful sights.
