Bustling around with his brightly colored noodle cart is the one and only Bubbles. Everyday exactly at noon, the smell of warm broth and simmering noodles waft from his cart. As a bonus there are a wide variety of toppings and extras that are always available if one asks- though there is an extra charge. The rest of the day Bubbles is usually seen cleaning every available surface and utensil. There seems to be a sense of urgency behind this actions as he often seems to be trying to scrub several layers off whatever he's cleaning at the moment. Many remark that his mane must really make it hard to see and perhaps he should pull it back. Bubbles always gets a bit quieter after those comments and seems to try to cover his eyes more...
