The weight of loneliness stands on your feet, The cage already there around the bird." - “It's better to have faith in something than none at all.” Not Without Merit While most of Elenora's siblings live a carefree life up until they are sent to aid the Windsinger's cause, she and her brother were pampered like the Prince and Princess they were born to be. This wasn't to say that she had it completely easy however, her training was rigorous in an effort to hone her wind magic to the point of being able to use it to defend herself against the most terrifying of foes. She didn't understand why she had to do all of this work until she witnessed a failed assassination attempt on her father, and watched him effortlessly steal the air from the assailant's very body. She then understood why it was so important and did her best to work hard, but it was often that servants and even her siblings looked on with pity in their eyes. She disappeared into the night leaving only a note behind for her parents, and never looked back. ....That was, until, she soon met up with her twin brother again, quite unwillingly. By this point, she had gained a prominent role in a Brotherhood she found, and had pledged herself to their cause as an Assassin. In realizing that she had seen her brother on the streets she lived near, she fought so dearly to hide from his very sight and presence, but all of her damned hardest attempts failed, as he very well knew where she was, at all times. Call it twin synchronization, if you will. And it was to her greater dismay, when her elder twin had the audacity to often show her up - whether it be stealing her targets, or stopping her dead in her tracks, by removing all traces of info she sought to gain. It was downright frustrating. She soon found out why he did it - and it wasn't just to get on her nerves. There was another faction, to this Brotherhood. And how fate would have it, her brother was on that other side.
