She says what she thinks and isn’t one to sugarcoat things. She has always been a logical, smart dragon, and works best on her own. The silence of her own den is delightful, and she doesn’t like it when other people disturb it. Len rarely feels the need to go out and socialize with her clan members, and due to her crude personality she isn't super close to anyone. She likes it that way, though. First and foremost, Len is a fighter. She revels in a good battle or hunt, and loves the adrenaline rushes she gets from them. Despite her size, she is agile and quick, and an expert at sneaking up on anything or anyone. Aside from fighting, she also makes a great scout and hunter because of her skills. She can move quickly and soundlessly through the undergrowth, as she has always preferred to stick to the ground instead of the skies. The thing is though, there aren’t always battles to take part in, and hunting isn’t big enough of a task to spend all her time on. Even when she was still young, she felt like something was missing in her life, too. |

When she got bored of hunting and doing nothing all day in the times of peace, she started studying poisons. She had always been interested in how they worked, but it was like a whole new world had opened up for her! Soon, she began studying anything she could get her paws on with her new self-made microscope, from plants to animals to rocks. Her happiness skyrocketed (which she made sure to hide with her grumpy attitude), and her battle smarts sharpened too, now using strategy more than ever. Len started writing down everything she found out about her subjects of study, which resulted in a very messy room. Since her clan split off from the main group and started living in the caves, she spends almost all her time in her study. The constant hiding and danger of being found don’t leave much else to do. Len loses herself in her work for days on end, and depends on Manji’s regular patrols to tell the time. But, this is how she made her first real friend in years. Blight is a dragon just as driven in his research as she is. When Blight came to her for the first time, hoping to get her help to figure out what a sick dragon had been poisoned with and how to treat it, both of them realized their similarities. In personality they were alike too. Both of them were anti-social dragons who liked to work alone. However, the latter trait slowly started to change. They started exchanging their papers and journals, something both of them benefitted from heavily. They even started to team up to tackle particularly interesting or difficult subjects every once in a while. Blight is the only dragon who may enter Len’s work area unnanounced, and vice versa. They always make a bit of small talk, but during their team works there is no need for conversation. They enjoy the silence, and enjoy each other’s company more than they care to admit. Familiar // FAMILIAR NAME -- About // [Unnamed] is an honest and well-meaning, if slightly naive Raptorik. She believes in peace and doing what's right, which means she hasn't been part of a beastclan for some time now. She likes to explore the forests of the Viridian Labyrinth, but has to be careful due to most dragons' strong opinions of her kind. Ever since joining the Illuden clan and becoming friends with Len however, she has started to feel much more comfortable with dragons and open to talking with them! Len and [Unnamed]'s relationship started out… rocky, to say the least. [Unnamed] had been captured by none other than Len herself, after the raptorik had spotted some of the dragons disappear into their hidden entrance. As Len was the one who caught her, she was responsible for keeping her in check. Even under these circumstances, an unexpected friendship formed. Both species found out the other wasn’t so bad after all, and soon Len advocated for [Unnamed]’s release. [Unnamed] enjoyed her freedom, but as she didn't have her own clan, she ended up returning to the dragons. Now she has permanent sleeping quarters of her own, and is even respected by most clan members. She often advocates for the clan to leave the caves more, and has offered to be a representativeof the clan to other beastclans. |
